PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile power source control unit capable of automatically controlling ON/OFF of a connected load side apparatus power source by detecting and controlling the arrival of communication to a slot card with a communication function such as PHS(R) wireless mobile card or the arrival of a simple telephone communication or call to a mobile phone. SOLUTION: The mobile power source control unit is composed of: an incoming signal detection part 1 for detecting the arrival of an incoming communication signal to the slot card with the communication function such as the PHS(R) wireless mobile card or the arrival of an incoming communication signal to the mobile phone; an incoming signal control part 2 for converting the incoming signal into an arbitrary contact signal; a power source control part 3 for controlling ON/OFF of a mechanical device power source in response to the contact signal; a power output part 4 for ON/OFF outputting of the mechanical device power source according to the power control part 3; and a connector that is connected to the mobile phone via a housing part of the slot card with the communication function such as the PHS(R) wireless mobile card, or via the incoming signal detection part 1.
