PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality and highly productive stator for a molded motor. SOLUTION: The stator for a molded motor is composed of a yoke core 1 which has a spool 4 with a wound coil 3, and to which a stator core 2 is fixed by press-fitting and a synthetic resin outer sheath coating 5 integrally molded so as to cover the yoke core 1. A rib contacting the stator core 2 is provided to a part of a flange of the spool 4 arranged oppositely to the stator core. Therefore, resin pressure applied to the spool during the integral molding with the synthetic resin outer sheath coating can be reduced. The deformation of the spool 4 can be suppressed. The defects such as disconnection of the coil 3 and exposure to the surface of the synthetic resin outer sheath coating can be prevented. Further, it is possible to increase the degree of freedom in selecting resin molding conditions and reduce a time required for molding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
