PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electromagnetic wave noise by reducing waveform distortion of a current which flows to a transmission line. SOLUTION: A data communication apparatus is provided with a capacitor C23 for reducing input impedance when the termination transistor of a receiver is viewed from a transmission line 23, and then, the potential change of the transmission line 23 accompanied with the current change of the transmission line 23 is relaxed. As a result, in a transmitter, when the potential change of the transmission line 23 changes the potential of a control terminal through a capacitance component between the current output terminal of a driving transistor and the control terminal, the potential change of the control terminal becomes small. Thus, the waveform distortion which occurs in a transmission current flowing from the transmitter can be reduced, thereby reducing electromagnetic wave noise radiated from the transmission line 23.
