PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive antenna device in which a radiating conductor plate can be easily mounted and dielectric loss is small. SOLUTION: The antenna device is provided with a dielectric substrate 3 provided on a ground conductor 1, a plurality of electrodes 5 provided on this dielectric substrate 3 and opposing the ground conductor plate 1 to form a capacitor, a radiating conductor plate 8 made of a metal plate, and a plurality of leg pieces 12 bent from a plurality of locations of this conductor plate 8. A locking portion 13 is provided on the ends of the leg pieces 12, and a penetrating hole 3a is provided on the dielectric substrate 3. In the conductor plate 8, the locking portion 13 is temporarily fixed on the penetrating hole 3a, and the leg pieces 12 are connected to the electrode 5. With this configuration, the capacitor is formed by the electrodes 5 and the ground conductor 1, a resonant frequency is reduced and the conductor plate 8 is miniaturized, and the only thing to do for the leg pieces 12 is to engage them on the dielectric substrate 3 and its assembly is easily performed.
