PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small lumped-constant non-reciprocative device of small insertion loss and large backward loss. SOLUTION: The lumped-constant non-reciprocative device comprises a ferrite thin plate to which a static magnetic field is applied, a plurality of center conductors disposed close to the first main surface of the ferrite thin plate and crossing each other while electrically insulated, an input/output terminal to which one end of the center conductor is connected, and a common electrode which is arranged on a second main surface side of the ferrite thin plate and to which the other end of the center conductor is connected. The common electrode connects to a common part serving as a ground conductor. The common electrode is connected to the common part by the area equal to or less than half of the area of the ferrite thin plate projected on the common electrode surface.
