PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bank bill unusable in a state where the bank bill stored inside an automatic teller machine (common name ATM and called ATM hereafter)can be exchanged in the Bank of Japan when an ATM is stolen for preventing crime since the ATM installed in a convenience store and an independent building is frequently stolen and destroyed or plundered by using a large-sized construction machine, etc. SOLUTION: In the device, the bank bill in a storage box is instantaneously made unusable in a state where it can be exchanged in the Bank of Japan later by a shock when the storage box of the bank bill is to be opened by destroying the ATM or without using a key.
