PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device which is provided with a heat fixing member having a surface layer excellent in flexibility, crack-proof nature and antiwear quality and the uppermost layer excellent in toner release nature, and obtains high definition toner fixing image, and whose use durability is high. SOLUTION: In the fixing device having the heat fixing member and a pressurization fixing member pressure welded to the heat fixing member, the heat fixing member is at least equipped with: the fluoroelastomer surface layer 3 to which carbon black to which surface oxidation processing is performed is distributed; and an oil supply means for applying dimethylsilicon oil having unsaturated bonding to the surface of the heating fixing member.
