PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply realize mixed display of television (TV) display and the other data picture display in a portable information terminal apparatus such as a cellular phone. SOLUTION: The cellular phone (information terminal apparatus) 1 is provided with a TV picture display part 23 for writing TV picture display data based on TV video signals in a display memory 18 in order to display TV images on a display panel 2, a plotting buffer 16 for storing data picture display data different from the TV picture display data and a picture display control part 17 for transferring the data picture display data from the plotting buffer 16 and writing the transferred data in the remaining area of the display memory 18 in which the TV picture display data are already written by the TV picture display part 23.
