PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure and a joining method for different kinds of metallic panels for maintaining work environment and work quality in a satisfactory condition. SOLUTION: When joining different kinds of metallic panels 1, 11 mutually by tightening the different kinds of metallic panels 1, 11 in which adhesive is provided in joints 2, 12 by a self-pierce rivet 20, adhesive in an area A pressurized by the self-pierce rivet 20 when tightening by the self-pierce rivet 20 is such adhesive 3 that has lower fluidity relatively when compared with adhesive 4 arranged in the other join area B.
