PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision attenuating structure which can attenuate a collision of parking equipment with a building frame, even if the parking equipment is oscillated in such a manner as to be deformed in a curved shape. SOLUTION: The collision attenuating structure wherein parking equipment 1 comprising a plurality of pallets for placing a vehicle M and a parking shelf 4 for supporting the pallet 5 is erected in a void space 3 of the building frame with being separated from a wall surface 3a of the void space 3 and the collision of the parking equipment 1 with the building frame is attenuated when the parking equipment 1 is swung relatively with the building frame is provided with a plurality of buffer members 14 facing the wall surface 3a on a plurality of vertical places including at least a body part of the parking shelf 4.
