PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly of a partition panel and its construction method, superior in installation performance and soundproof performance. SOLUTION: This assembly 10 of the partition panel is composed of a pair of opposed obverse-reverse panels 11, and an interval holding member 21 for holding both these panels 11 in a separated state, and partitions a skeleton S by connecting end parts of the panels 11 by butting the mutual end parts. In both these panels 11, only its upper part and a lower part are connected via the interval holding member 21, and the other parts are separated. Thus, noise is not directly transmitted to the other side panel 11 from one side panel 11, and is transmitted via the interval holding member 21, and this interval holding member 21 is connected to the skeleton S. Thus, since the skeleton S absorbs a part of the noise, soundprooof performance is improved.
