PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition for a molding excellent in transparency, permanent antistaticity and mechanical characteristics solving the problems possessed by conventional resin compositions giving thermoplastic resin moldings having permanent antistaticity and transparency that the mechanical characteristics of the molding deteriorates due to poor compatibility between the thermoplastic resin and an antistatic agent though transparency is maintained. SOLUTION: This transparent resin composition comprises at least a kind of block polymer (A) selected from the group consisting of a specific block polymer (A1) and a specific block polymer (A2), and a transparent resin (B), where the difference of refractive index between (A) and (B) is≤0.01.
