PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermentation composting processing apparatus which prevents steam produced in fermentation from forming water droplets on the inside surface of a cover and dropping down on a composting material and further prevents the occurrence of a large amount of malodor gas. SOLUTION: In the fermentation composting apparatus, a heat insulating sheet 9 is applied to a part or the whole of the surface 7 of side walls 5 and 6 constituting a fermentation tank 1 and to the cover 8 covering the fermentation tank 1.
