PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allergen inhibitor which is little discolored or colored, even when exposed to sunlight, and has an excellent allergen-inhibiting effect. SOLUTION: This allergen inhibitor is characterized by mixing an aromatic hydroxy-based allergen inhibitor with a radical-scavenger. The allergen inhibitor inhibits the decomposition of the aromatic hydroxy-based allergen inhibitor due to the irradiation of light, and efficiently prevents coloration or discoloration caused by quinone compounds produced by the decomposition of the aromatic hydroxy-based allergen inhibitor.
