PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of suppressing a so-called bridging phenomenon that many spherical materials stored in a hopper are fixed to each other and clogged without falling down, wherein the spherical materials can be smoothly and surely taken out of the hopper. SOLUTION: The spherical material distributing device distributes the spherical materials 21 to the outside one by one, by moving a shutter member 23 slidably along a lower end of a bottom plate 12, while the spherical materials 21 are discharged from the hopper 16 through a laterally long through hole 19 by extending the bottom plate 12 of the hopper 16 for storing the spherical material 21 such as a steel ball in front of a wall of the hopper 16 and providing the laterally long through hole 19 passing the spherical materials 21 between the bottom plate 12 and the wall of the hopper 16. A stirring shaft 27 comprising a horizontal oscillating shaft 29 and a plurality of pins 31 radially projecting to the oscillating shaft 29 is arranged just before the laterally long through hole 19.
