PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-fabrication apparatus which can perform high precision photo-fabrication at a high speed by exposing the leveled free liquid surface of a photo-curable resin and a photo-fabrication method. SOLUTION: Since the free liquid surface of the photo-curable resin 150 is exposed immediately after being leveled off by a blade 164, the liquid surface is not affected by surface tension by a fabricated object 165 existing under the liquid surface, and the leveled free liquid surface can be exposed to perform high precision photo-fabrication. Since sweeping by the blade 164 and the exposure are carried out approximately simultaneously, a fabrication time can be curtailed to enable high speed fabrication. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
