PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to employ a thin distribution and transportation information entry sheet in a topmost paper, and provide a recovered receipt slip under a dry rear surface and, at the same time, provide a distribution and transportation slip printable with a water base ink employed in an inkjet printer or the like for the management of the receipt slip. SOLUTION: A pasting slip 3 and a delivering-cum-receipt slip 4 each having a distribution and transportation information entry part on the surface are disposed in an array on the same plane and bonded with thermoplastic resin on the front surface side of a pasting sheet 12 formed by releasably covering a self-adhesive applied on the rear surface side of a base material 13 with a releasing paper 15 under the condition that at least the delivery-cum-receipt slip 4 can be peeled off from the corresponding portion of the pasting sheet 12 and further an inkjet receiving layer 8 is provided on the releasing surface side of the delivery-cum-receipt slip 4 and furthermore a releasing layer 9 is provided in the portion corresponding to the pasting sheet 12 so as to bring into contact against one side of the inkjet receiving layer 8.
