PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkali ion water generator which constantly maintains output signal number from a flow rate sensing means with respect to the integrated amount of discharge water even when the amount of water flowing to the alkali ion water generator per unit of time is changed. SOLUTION: The alkali ion water generator has an electrolytic cell 7 for electrolyzing supplied raw water to generate alkali ion water and acidic ion water, and a controller 15 for controlling current application to the electrolytic cell 7. The flow rate sensing means 5 senses the water amount, and the controller 15 measures the integrated amount of the discharge water from the output signal number from the flow rate sensing means 5. The controller 15 has a structure that a signal correction means 17 for correcting the output signal number from the flow rate sensing means according to the water amount per unit of time is installed.
