PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discover and quickly deal with a change, caused by any trouble, in the number of lent unit game balls. SOLUTION: The game control system includes: a game device 3 provided with a storage means 328b for storing the number of lent unit game balls, a game ball lending processing means and a used game value information transmission means; a centralized control device 140 installed outside a game arcade and provided with an input means 142 for inputting the number of lent unit game balls, and a CPU 142 that is a means for transmitting information of the number of lent unit game balls; and a control device 100 in the game arcade installed in the game arcade and including a CPU 102 that is a means for collecting information on the number of lent unit game balls, a CPU 102 that is an accumulation means for accumulating the number of game balls actually lent to a player and the magnitude of used game value, and a CPU 102 that is an accumulation result transmission means.
