An open, automated, auto-controlled and self managed dynamic network communication system (question and answer network communication system-FAN), consists of a circle of users which enter into communication with one another and moreover consists of a technical (electronic) system (part- and/or subsystems) so that the communication between questioner and answering user is possible and can be coordinated, automated, and managed.
