<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress splashing of produced water when the produced water from a fuel cell mounted on a moving body is discharged to the outside. <P>SOLUTION: Water separated by a gas-liquid separator 38 of a hydrogen supplying system 30 in a fuel cell system 20 mounted on a fuel cell vehicle or a gas-liquid separator 48 of an air supplying/discharging system 40 is temporary stored in buffer tanks 62a to 62c attached in a fender or a bumper of a vehicle front portion, and discharged from discharging ports 64b, 64c attached in front of or at the rear of a vehicular front wheel receiving comparatively small influence from traveling wind. At that time, so as to decrease influence of the traveling wind to discharged water, an air flowing passage is provided to blow off the discharged water to a side rear part of the vehicle by air. An air curtain is formed in front of the water discharged by exhaust gas or air.
