<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress mutual diffusion between components in a dielectric layer and components in an insulating layer at the time of simultaneously baking a green sheet and the dielectric layer through an electrode layer in a capacitor, to prevent reduction in the capacity of the capacitor part, and to suppress the dispersion of the capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The capacitor 14 consisting of electrode layers 13a, 13b comprising a dielectric layer 12 whose main component is barium titanate and metallic foil is formed in an insulating substrate 11 consisting of a glass ceramic sintered component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
