<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower deterioration in S/N of a detection signal by controlling a frequency of high-frequency superposition in an oscillation circuit which is included in a semiconductor laser driving integrated circuit and is for high-frequency superposition of a high-frequency signal on a laser diode driving current. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is the semiconductor laser driving integrated circuit including the oscillation circuit which has a high-frequency signal generating means (VCO), a high-frequency signal superposing means of superposing the high-frequency signal generated by the high-frequency signal generating means on the driving current of a light source, a pulse counter for the high-frequency signal generated by the high-frequency signal generating means, and an interface part communicating its count value to a host (CPU), and is for the high-frequency superposition of the high-frequency signal on the driving current of the LD. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
