<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use charge/maintenance charge calculation device satisfying both of the user and the maintenance operator of a parking system. <P>SOLUTION: A mechanical parking system utilized by monthly contractors is provided with: a means for measuring the use frequency of equipment or facilities constituting the mechanical parking system; and a decision means for deciding the maintenance charge of the mechanical parking system corresponding to the measurement result. The system is further provided with: a means for measuring the use frequency of the equipment or facilities constituting the mechanical parking system for each monthly contractor; and a means for deciding the share of the maintenance charge corresponding to the measurement result. Further, the device is provided with: a means for measuring the use frequency of the equipment or facilities constituting the mechanical parking system for each monthly contractor; and a means for calculating the utilization charge of each monthly contractor from the measurement result.
