<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device capable of wrapping a lap belt at the waist part by a simple construction. <P>SOLUTION: A seat belt auxiliary device 1 equipped with at least a lap belt 3 includes: a plate 4 attached to a one end of a lap belt 3, a freely attachable and detachable buckle 5, a buckle installation means 6 for mounting the buckle 5 onto a seat ST or a body to which the seat ST is being fixed.
