<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure credibility (popularity), accuracy and freshness of post information in information exchange between users on a network. <P>SOLUTION: A management system 12 comprises an information database 26 registering public information posted by a user 70. A public information management program 42 accepts an information correction by the user 70 when the information is unfixed. The information is fixed when a store 74 or company 76 provides information, and then a correction by the user is refused. The user 70 can poll to evaluate all public information. The poll data are deleted after a period set for each poll category.
