PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dew condensate treatment structure capable of evaporating dew condensate in a drain pan with simple structure while cutting down the operation cost of a cooling device. SOLUTION: One end of a heat pipe P for radiating exhaust heat of a heat sink is joined to the heat radiating side heat sink 21 of a Peltier unit 20 for cooling a board, and the other end of the heat pipe P is disposed in the drain pan 36 to heat the dew condensate stored in the drain pan 36. The heat of the heat radiating side heat sink 21 is thereby transferred to the dew condensate in the drain pan 36 to evaporate it. With the use of such a dew condensate treatment structure, a device for draining the dew condensate is dispensed with, and the cooling device for the board can be used even in a place without a drainage facility.
