PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact compressor capable of effectively utilizing a space behind a vane back pressure providing device which has been a dead space as an oil storage space. SOLUTION: In the compressor having a discharge chamber from which fluid compressed by a compression mechanism is discharged, a separation chamber to separate lubricating oil contained in the fluid discharged from the discharge chamber, and an oil storage chamber with the separated lubricating oil stored therein while the discharge chamber, the separation chamber and the oil storage chamber are provided between side plates to constitute the compression mechanism and a high-pressure case, a bulkhead to separate the discharge chamber from the oil storage chamber is constituted of a rib part of the high-pressure case and a separation plate which is assembled with the high-pressure case and includes a wall face forming an angle with respect to the axial direction of the compressor.
