PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a crack from appearing in a frame material body 3 due to a flange 16 of a rasp-cut nut 12. SOLUTION: This frame material comprises the woody frame material body 3, and the rasp-cut nut 12 which is formed at the end of the frame body 3 in such a manner that an inlet opening 6 is positioned on a left end surface 3a of the frame material body 3 and which is screw-fitted into a prepared hole 5 whose longitudinal direction is directed in the longitudinal direction of the frame material body 3; the prepared hole 5 comprises a back part 5b into which a part with a spiral protrusive streak 15 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rasp-cut nut 12 is screw-fitted, and an inlet side part 5a into which the flange 16 formed on the outer peripheral surface of a base part 13a of a female screw tube 13 of the rasp-cut nut 12 is fitted; and the flange 16 is fitted into the inlet side part 5a in such a manner that a predetermined gap 8 is made between the flange 16 and a back surface 7 of the inlet side part 5a.
