PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety helmet satisfying fundamental conditions which are newly conceived, by solving such problems that conventional helmets are developed according to empirical techniques and therefore have many difficulties to be overcome. SOLUTION: This safety helmet functions as an air-cooling radiator, when heat in the helmet is circulated from the bottom to the top and exhausted therefrom according to Boyle-Charles's law. When impact force is applied to the helmet, accessories to the helmet decrease the force to an extent of one fifth or less of the initial impact force. When a current of photons and electrons is applied to the helmet, most of the current reacts with electromagnetic force equivalent thereto according to an electromagnetic theory of a warped electric current, and a remaining part of the current reacts with human rhodopsin. Therefore, an electric shock caused by the current is avoided by grounding the helmet. The safety helmet is lined with a rubber, and is furnished with a multipurpose storing case, further with pocket which is attached to a rope, an elastic tape, or the like, so that all of electromagnetic induction materials are safely stored and, consequently, accidents which are inevitably caused by carrying these materials are extremely decreased.
