PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of having fear of reducing sticking strength, by overlooking nonadhesion of a sheet and a concrete structure, due to being unable to confirm a bubble reservoir remaining on an interface between the sheet and an adhesive, when sticking an opaque sheet to the concrete structure. SOLUTION: This method repairs and/or reinforces the concrete structure by sticking the sheet having a transparent synthetic resin layer to at least a surface. The method includes (A) a process of sticking a liquid adhesive in a layer shape to a surface of the concrete structure and/or a reverse surface of the sheet, (B) a process of sticking the sheet to the concrete structure via an adhesive layer, (C) a process of discharging bubbles from the inside of the adhesive layer of the stuck sheet, and (D) a process of further arranging a protective layer on a surface of the stuck sheet, in order.
