PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber material which is low-polluting and excellent in low fuel consumption, low calorific value, and low-temperature characteristics. SOLUTION: This oil-extended polybutadiene comprises (A) 100 pts. wt. high cis-polybutadiene whose Mooney viscosity (ML) is 50-100 and (B) 5-100 pts. wt. extending oil whose viscosity specific gravity constant (V. G. C) is 0.790-0.849. The molecular weight distribution (the weight-average molecular weight/the number-average molecular weight) of the oil-extended polybutadiene (A) is 2.5-5.0.
