PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system which can secure the amount of payment of the dividend from the game machines sufficiently even in a shorter time even when the game facilities are not connected with a network. SOLUTION: The game system S comprises the game machine 1 and a server 80 so connected as to be ready to communicate with the game machine 1. The server 80 has a dividend decision means K for determining the amount of payment of the dividend for the dividend from the game machine 1 from the sales information of the game machine 1 during the prescribed period, after separated by the prescribed period. The game machine 1 has a payment decision means H which determines whether the dividend determined by the dividend decision means K should be paid or not. The game machine 1 from which the payment of the dividend is determined by the payment decision means H transmits the signal to the effect to the server 80 and after receiving the information on the amount of payment of the dividend determined by the dividend decision means K from the server 80, it pays the dividend from the information at the prescribed timing.
