PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic material application container which can easily discharge a proper amount of a hair cosmetic material by an operation in which hair is pinched by a comb body and a pinching member. SOLUTION: This application container 100A has a container main body 1 which houses a liquid, a pump device 20 which is provided at the mouth section 4 of the container body 1, a liquid feeder 30 which communicates with the container body 1 through the pump device 20, and for which a discharging port 32 is formed, the comb body 40 (pinching utensil) which is turnably attached to the liquid feeder 30, and an operation section 50 which is extended from the comb body 40. By pressing the operation section 50 to the container body 1 side, a distance between the bar-like liquid feeder 30 and the comb body 40 is made smaller, and hair can be pinched. At the same time, a piston 21 of the pump device 20 moves, and a liquid is discharged from the discharging port 32 of the liquid feeder 30.
