PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plastic film bag capable of preventing contents from moving as much as possible even if a shirt, glasses or the like are sealed together with the air. SOLUTION: The square bag 10 consists of films 11 and 12. Sides 10a, 10b and 10c are heat-welded. A side 10d serves as an opening for putting in/out the contents, and a sealing zipper 15 is provided on inner side faces of the opening. A nonwoven cloth 13 is heat-welded between the films 11 and 12 on the sides 10a, 10b and 10c. Slits 13a and 13b are formed on the cloth 13. The shirt A is inserted between the film 11 and the nonwoven cloth 13 with its upper part passing through the slits 13b and 13a and a collar B in contact with the slit 13a from above to be received together with an appropriate amount of the air, and the bag is sealed by closing the zipper 15. The enclosed air serves as a cushioning means, and the nonwoven cloth 13 serves as a position fixing means of the shirt A.
