The tool holder (8), to fit into a carrying case, has a holding frame with clamps which project with elastic distortion from the plane of the frame to the walls of the case to clamp the tools (14,16,18,20). The clamps are projections from a plate-shaped base body, which is secured to a fixed base plate (10) by screws (24,26,28,30). The clamps taper to conical points.
