The pulsation damper for a hydraulic operating system comprises a housing with two steel membranes supported by covers and installed between the housing and the covers, and two openings connected to a master cylinder and a slave cylinder. A device (10) with a rotary seal (11) is installed in the housing and has an anchor (12) which has a centrally located bolt (13), whereby the rotary seal is fitted on the bolt and secured by a locking device (14). The rotary seal is rotatably mounted on the bolt.
