<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer solid electrolyte having a small fuel cross over such as with methanol, and capable of achieving a high output, to prepare a polymer solid electrolyte film, to provide a method for producing the same and a solid polymer type fuel cell, or the like, by using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer solid electrolyte is constituted with at least a crosslinked material consisting of a polymeric polyfunctional alcohol, a polyfunctional crosslinking agent capable of reacting with hydroxy groups and a polymer having an ionic group. Also, the polymer solid electrolyte is constituted with at least the crosslinked material consisting of a polymeric polyfunctional alcohol and an inorganic proton-conductive material.
