<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive voltage controller capable of lowering the voltage at an interconnecting point while suppressing a little effective power when the voltage at an interconnecting point is increasing. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage controller for controlling a power converter interconnecting a distributed power supply and a power system comprises a means for calculating a correction amount so that phase lead reactive power is increased based on a first variation amount when the voltage at an interconnecting point exceeds a set upper limit voltage and the power factor of output power from the power converter exceeds a set operating power factor limit value, and calculating a correction amount so that effective power is decreased and phase lead reactive power is increased or decreased based on a second variation amount when the voltage at the interconnecting point exceeds the upper limit voltage and the power factor of output power from the power converter does not exceed the operating power factor limit value, and a means for calculating a power command value for controlling the output power from the power converter based on the correction amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
