<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand color reproduction capability to a color reproduction area of a hard copy image. <P>SOLUTION: This display device constitutes color one pixel CPX so that subpixels of three primary colors R, G, B and a subpixel Gd of R of complimentary color luminescence are added.
