<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auditing technology certifying that electronic publication data is continuously released in the internet. <P>SOLUTION: An auditing device comprises an audit receiving section 31 receiving an audit request of each publication data from an information registration terminal 1, an audit processing section 32 requesting the publication data to an information release server 2 and memorizing acquired results of the requested publication data into a memory means 37, an alert transmission section 34 transmitting a warning message to the information registration terminal 1 when failing acquisition of the requested publication data, a certificate issuing section 35 preparing a certificate describing acquired information of the publication data, and a memory section 372 memorizing audit object information 371 and an advertisement archive 372. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
