<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee the purchase of merchandise to a seller side, and to enable a seller to sell the merchandise at a price as high as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The selling/buying system of used articles where a mediator exists between a seller and a buyer is provided with a means which makes the seller and the buyer to register their desired prices of properties, a means which makes the mediator receive the properties, and execute inspection, and present a purchase guaranteed sum to the seller, a matching processing means which performs price negotiation between the seller and the buyer, and a means which makes the mediator purchase the properties at the purchase guaranteed price when matching processing is not established in a fixed period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
