PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning container, in which a flexible sheet which receives developer removed from an image carrier by a cleaning member and falling is kept flat in order to prevent the developer from passing the flexible sheet and leaking from a cleaning device, and to provide a cleaning device and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The cleaning container 2a accommodates developer removed from an image carrier 4. The cleaning container 2a is disposed opposite the image carrier 4, along a direction crossing the moving direction of the surface of the image carrier 4. A flexible sheet 2b, which comes into contact with the surface of the image carrier 4, in order to receive developer removed and falling from the image carrier 4 and recovers the developer into the cleaning container 2a, is attached to the cleaning container 2a in the axial direction. The cleaning container 2a is provided with a correcting means 1, which energizes the cleaning container 2a to the image carrier 4 in the direction crossing the axial direction and keeps the flexible sheet 2b flat.
