PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a relative motion of an operation inputting part toward an occupant when either a side collision of a vehicle body or a rear-end collision of the vehicle body occurs without making any substantial increasing in weight. SOLUTION: A control device 40 judges that an operation inputting part 12 is located at the front right side in respect to the center P of a vehicle body 44, for example, on the basis of detected data from the angle sensors 60, 62 for a steering device 10 and a judgment map. When it is judged that the vehicle body 44 turns left upon side collision on the basis of the detected data from the side crash sensors 46, 48, 50 and 52, an air bag member 30 is developed between the operation inputting part 12 and an occupant 42 in response to these judgements.
