PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher which can quickly and finely crush waste polystyrene foam. SOLUTION: A helical blade 2 is provided at an outer periphery of a rotary shaft 1, a tube 3 for compression is fitted onto an outer periphery of a rotation locus of the helical blade 2 and a plurality of finely crushing blades 4 are radially attached to the rotary shaft 1 adjacent to a downstream end of the helical blade 2.
