PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture information edit system, picture information editing apparatus, and communication device capable of re-using, as well as simply printing out, the picture information after editing which is acquired by editing the picture information taken in a picture information editing apparatus, and also capable of saving the picture information after editing which is acquired with the picture information edit apparatus in the apparatus which outputs picture information before editing by a simple operation. SOLUTION: There are provided a shooting means for shooting a subject with an imaging device, a picture information saving means which saves picture information, one or more communication I/F means for transferring the picture information, a picture information transmitting means for transmitting the picture information, a picture information receiving means for receiving the picture information, an picture information editing means for editing the picture information, an edited picture information transmitting means for transmitting the edited picture information, and an edited picture information receiving means for receiving the edited picture information.
