PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for previously recording especial data into a plurality of kinds of media each used for a backing-up medium. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with: a backing-up medium designation means designating a medium used for the backing-up medium from multiple kinds of media; and a backup target file designation means designating a data file for performing backup to the backing-up medium. Information of the backup target file and the backing-up medium designated by the backup target file designation means and the backing-up medium designation means is stored.
