PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle grip device, capable of carrying bottles of different size in bottle neck parts, in which a grip mechanism need not be changed to achieve excellent production efficiency, and in which a mass quantity of bottles can be carried to be processed with excellent controllability and speed, and a bottle carrying device using that. SOLUTION: In this bottle grip device, bottle neck parts N of bottles being carried by a rotary type bottle carrying device are opened and closed within a prescribed angular range by the grip mechanism. The grip mechanism comprises grippers 11 having grip ranges 15 and 16 of different diameter, formed on both sides of tip parts, to cope with bottle neck parts of different diameter to be engaged with them. The bottle carrying device is composed to have the grippers 11 radially disposed in the circumferential direction of a circumferential edge part of a rotary body 61 in such a way that the grip ranges of the same diameter face each other.
