PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chopper folding device of a folding machine allowing adjustment of a touch piece attitude in any attitude of a sheet material and correction of bending of the sheet material, and preventing generation of a flaw. SOLUTION: The chopper folding device is provided with a chopper table 2 in which a slit 2a is formed, touch pieces 10a, 10b provided in the vicinity of a downstream side of a carrying direction of a section 43 of the slit 2a and regulating the section 43 carried, and a chopper blade for pressing the section 43 carried into the slit 2a.
