PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling-packaging machine capable of increasing the speed of the packaging work, and consistently filling contents in a cylindrical film. SOLUTION: The filling-packaging machine comprises a longitudinal sealing mechanism 4 to feed a cylindrical film F, a filling mechanism 6 which is transferred by the longitudinal sealing mechanism 4 to fill contents W in the cylindrical film F, a forming mechanism 7 to allow a roller 7A to approach thereto or retract therefrom to form the cylindrical film F in a holding manner from both sides of the cylindrical film with the contents W filled by the filling mechanism 6 according to the rotational motion of a servo motor M3, and a transverse sealing mechanism 5 to start the transverse sealing to the cylindrical film F in a held condition by the forming mechanism 7.
